This unique venue rental space in Healdsburg has a capacity for up to 250 guests. Featuring a modern industrial environment, and plenty of local wine, beer, and cider, Coyote Sonoma will make any event unforgettable! While our kitchen is currently closed, we are still available as an event space for rent with your own choice of caterer. Don’t hesitate to reach out for your private event needs!

All Packages Include:

  • Use of the Coyote Sonoma large covered patio.

  • Use of in-house high and low top tables, chairs, and benches.

  • Optional use of in-house flatware, china, glassware, and napkins .

  • On-site Special Events Manager.

  • Full event serving staff by Coyote Sonoma team.

  • Final walk-through scheduled two months prior to event date (if necessary) with Special Events Manager and event vendors.

    * Beverage minimum is based on guest count. Tax & tip not included.


  • Capacity: 250 guests (No guests under 21 years of age after 11pm)

  • Lodging: Calderwood Inn, Grape Leaf Inn & Camelia Inn in Healdsburg

  • Wine Cellar: Clients can select their Wine Cellar from any of our sister wineries up to two months prior to their event. Wine Club discount applies.

  • Insurance: We require a $1,000,000.00 liability policy
